Price per finished reel is the only fair comparison
Reels are sold three ways: single reels, content days and monthly packages. Each bundles different things, so the useful number is what one finished, edited reel costs. All prices below are from studios' own pages, checked on 13 October 2026; they are asking prices, not market statistics.

Our arithmetic, dividing the package price by the number of reels; where stills are included, they ride free in this calculation, which flatters those packages slightly. Lunasol notes its own per-reel figure is not a standalone price: you have to buy the month.

What changes the price of a reel
- Who's on camera. Your own staff cost nothing; an actor or model adds a fee and usage rights. Lunasol includes an English- or Arabic-speaking actor in its packages. For hiring talent, see model fees and usage rights.
- Strategy and scripts. Studio502's packs include monthly content strategy and hook scripting; cheaper offers often expect you to bring the idea.
- Locations. Studio502 charges AED 800 per extra location and AED 400 per extra shoot hour.
- Edit depth. Kinetic captions in two languages, sound design and motion graphics. Captions EN/AR are AED 300 on Studio502's card.
- Extra reels from the same shoot. Studio502 sells them at AED 1,200 each; Mayantha's vertical cutdowns are AED 300.
Worked example: a month of reels for a restaurant
Goal: 8 reels a month, posting twice a week. At published prices:

The last row is real and cheap. It works if someone on your team films well every week. Most owners who try it stop after a month, because filming is the hard part, not editing.
What nobody tells you
Shoot-only prices aren't reels. Lunasol found a Dubai provider listing shooting from AED 1,000 per reel and shooting with editing from AED 1,500. The lower figure doesn't buy a finished video.
Trending sounds are not licensed for ads. If the reel will be boosted, it needs cleared music. See music copyright in business reels.

The cheapest reel is the one you can reuse. Ask for 9:16 plus a 4:5 version from the same edit so it works in feed and ads.
Consistency beats a hero video. Vladimir Chernyshev, GM: "One AED 3,500 reel a month rarely moves an account. Eight decent reels every month, on a fixed schedule, usually do more for the same money."
