Presenter holding a tablet with the digital menu

Agency guides put a small business website in Dubai at AED 3,500–18,000 and a corporate site with a CMS at AED 15,000–55,000, per WebStackRank and Pulse Narrative. E-commerce starts around AED 8,000 and custom platforms run into six figures. On top you pay for a .ae domain (registrars list it from AED 125 a year), hosting and maintenance.

Market prices by type of site

No UAE authority publishes website prices. The ranges below come from two Dubai agency guides published in June 2026 and checked on 13 October 2026. They show what agencies ask; the same brief can get a AED 5,000 quote and a AED 50,000 one.

Where the sources disagree

The two guides match on business and corporate sites and part ways at the top. For custom platforms WebStackRank starts at AED 50,000 and runs past AED 275,000; Pulse Narrative starts at AED 40,000 and stops near AED 150,000. For e-commerce, WebStackRank's single band ends at AED 110,000, while Pulse Narrative splits shops into standard and advanced. Neither guide says how many projects it is based on.

What you pay for

A website quote buys hours of work. These items move it most:

  • Number of pages and templates. Five pages cost less than fifty, and a 500-product shop needs product templates, filters and search.
  • Template or custom design. A template is cheaper and faster; custom design costs more and fits the brand.
  • Languages. Every language adds copy, metadata and testing. Arabic also mirrors the layout right to left, so WebStackRank treats it as part of the build, not a translation at the end.
  • Integrations. CRM, booking, payment gateway, delivery, inventory. Each needs setup and testing.
  • Content. Copywriting, photography and video. Many quotes assume you supply them.

Ask for the list in writing. A low quote that leaves out copy, Arabic and SEO setup ends up costing more.

The .ae domain

A .ae address tells visitors you are in the UAE. The .aeDA, part of the TDRA, runs the registry, and accredited registrars sell the names.

For co.ae and the other restricted zones, the name must match or abbreviate your company name, trading name or trademark. Registrars set their own retail prices, so check the renewal price as well as the first year. Register the domain in the company's name, not the developer's, and keep the login yourself.

Arabic version: law, not taste

The consumer protection law, article 26, says data, advertisements and contracts related to the consumer must be in Arabic, with other languages allowed alongside. Article 25 asks UAE-registered online sellers to give consumers information in Arabic about the product, its specifications and the terms of contract, payment and warranty. The regulation, Cabinet Decision 66/2023, sets an AED 100,000 fine for each of those violations.

What that means for the budget:

  • Online shop or booking site for consumers: budget for Arabic product pages, prices, terms and checkout.
  • Lead-generation site for consumers: the ads and the offer on the page count as consumer-facing, so plan Arabic at least for the key pages and terms.
  • Pure B2B site: the law's definition of 'consumer' includes legal persons, so we don't treat B2B as automatically exempt.

The full breakdown, including where the law is unclear, is in Arabic language requirements in the UAE. We found no published price list for Arabic localisation of websites; quotes depend on volume and on whether the layout is built for right-to-left from the start.

Running costs after launch

Maintenance and supportAED 100–5,000 a month (WebStackRank); AED 500–5,000+ (Pulse Narrative)WebStackRank, Pulse Narrative

The two maintenance ranges differ at the bottom: AED 100 against AED 500 a month. A static landing page needs almost nothing; a shop with daily product changes needs a person. Ask for the full first-year total before you compare quotes.

Worked example: year one of a small business site

Take a AED 10,000 build, inside the AED 3,500–18,000 band of both guides, with light maintenance. This is our arithmetic on published figures, not a quote.

LineYear one
BuildAED 10,000
.ae domainAED 125–129
HostingAED 200–1,500
Maintenance at AED 500/monthAED 6,000
TotalAED 16,325–17,629

Maintenance can cost more than half the build in the first year. If you update the site yourself through a CMS, that line shrinks; if you add products every week, it grows.

A site that collects names and phone numbers also needs a privacy policy and consent text under the UAE data protection law. We cover that in PDPL for websites.

Questions people ask

How much does a simple website cost in Dubai?

A one-page landing page costs about AED 1,500–5,000 and a 5–10 page business site AED 3,500–18,000, according to two Dubai agency guides from June 2026. Add a .ae domain at about AED 125–129 a year and hosting at roughly AED 200–1,500 a year.

Does a website in Dubai need an Arabic version?

If the site sells to consumers, the consumer protection law requires data, advertisements and contracts related to the consumer to be in Arabic, with other languages allowed alongside. Online sellers must give product information and terms in Arabic. The fine for each violation is AED 100,000.

Who can register a .ae domain?

Anyone. Under the .aeDA policy, a second-level name like yourbrand.ae needs no documents. The restricted zones such as co.ae require a UAE trade licence, a free zone licence or a UAE trademark, and the name must match the company, trading name or mark.

How much does website maintenance cost per month?

Agency guides quote AED 100–5,000 a month (WebStackRank) or AED 500–5,000+ (Pulse Narrative), depending on how often content changes and how complex the site is. Ask for a full first-year total, not only the build price.

Our websites start from AED 3,200 as a special offer, in English, Russian or both, with CRM and lead capture. The final price depends on the number of pages, languages and integrations, and we send it in one WhatsApp message.
